General Conditions for Use of Service

 

We have made this forum ("the Service") available on condition that you use it in accordance with the present General Conditions for Use of Service (GCUS).

Description of the service

The Service you are using is an on-line forum set up so you can send us your questions about the Peugeot 208.

The purpose of the forum is to receive and handle such information on line. It is designed to facilitate the organisation, classification and examination of all such questions.

You can express yourself freely by making original proposals, by commenting on or supporting proposals made by other users. The best contributions will be highlighted and graded. We cannot guarantee that a response will be published for every question.

The forum includes a publication feature that lets you submit your questions or comments, a display feature that lets you see questions submitted by the user community, and a voting feature that lets users support questions submitted by other members of the community consulted.

The Service is designed to let us reply to questions asked by users. Please note that answers in this forum are not guaranteed.

Acceptance

People who access and use the Service are considered de facto to have agreed to all the clauses, rights and obligations of the present General Conditions of Use.

Accessing the Service

To access the Service you will need a working Internet connection. As we have no control over or responsibility for the series of links that make up the Internet, we are unable to guarantee your access to the Service.

Subscriptions - User account

Using the Service may in some cases require you to subscribe as an identified user of the Service.

If this is the case it is your responsibility to use a valid user identification (e-mail address and password). If you have been invited to use the Service you should use the user identification given in the invitation.

When you have completed the subscription procedure your user account will be created and you will receive e-mail confirmation of your user identification.

We decline any responsibility for any loss of data or damage suffered through failure to comply with these obligations.

Your use of the present service means that we occasionally need to send messages to users. You hereby agree for us to use your e-mail address to send you such messages as well as information on the topic about which you have consulted us.

Data protection

As part of your use of the Service we will sometimes ask you for, or collect on your behalf, data that may be personal or technical (IP address, cookies, etc.) The purpose of such data is to help us identify you and send you personalised information particularly in order to facilitate the use, development or advantages of the Service.

The Service allows you to upload digital content (questions, observations, text, key word, etc.) on condition that such content is not illegal or capable of disturbing law and order or the rights of third parties.

We are entitled as of right and without giving prior justification to choose not to publish, to moderate, edit or delete content that breaches this rule, particularly content we consider defamatory about us, our employees, products, services or partners, or which more generally may harm our image.

Publishing content provided by users is under no way a right to which they are entitled; we remain free to decide whether or not to publish such content as part of our editorial responsibility.

In spite of this reservation, you hereby state that you understand and accept that publication of content is public and not secret. Therefore your content may be read by other people without you being notified of the fact. Restrictions on use, Exclusions, Misuse

  •     Upload onto a server files containing software or other items that are protected by the laws on intellectual property or human rights including the right to privacy, unless you own the said rights, are exercising legitimate control over them or have received all necessary authorisations to do so.
  •     Upload onto a server files containing viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programmes capable of damaging the operation of other computers.
  •     Download any file send by a user when you know (or ought to know) that such distribution is illegal.
  •     Falsify or delete any statements relating to the author, any information required by law or any statement regarding rights of ownership or relating to the origin or source of the software or any other item contained in a file that is uploaded to a server.

If we find that you are misusing the Service we will prevent you from using it by any means we consider necessary for the protection of other users.

Our brand, logos, photos, images, texts and original content are subject to the laws of intellectual property and may not be used without express permission.
